
TO ALL MY DBACK FRIENDS AND TICKET CUSTOMERS
This is an update to my website I never thought I would have to make. On June 6, 2025, I received an email from the Arizona Diamondbacks that my dbacks account was terminated due to resale activity. I had shoulder surgery this year so was unable to attend many games this season so was selling all of my seats while I healed. This account cancellation was made without any warning or notice that I should change what I am doing. My season ticket representative called me after I called and left a message and said there is nothing he can do. Having 3 sets of seats in 3 different sections it was clear that I would be selling many of my games but my season ticket rep never gave any warning when I added on additional seats. Being a season ticket holder since 2009, it seems that 16 years of supporting and cheering on the team means nothing. All tickets I had for the remainder of the season were cancelled and my seats I had slowly upgraded to over the years I can no longer purchase for future seasons.
To say I am beyond frustrated and heart-broken to be treated this way is an understatement. Maybe someone higher up like Derrick Hall (derrick.hall@dbacks.com) will like to know how a long term season ticket holder has being treated and the loss of fan support because of this. I always gave my best customer service to my customers who did buy my tickets over the years in an attempt to make sure you had the best seats possible for their budget whether behind home plate or by the dugouts with their young kids hoping to get a ball.
